No Swim, No Worries: Big Husky Shakes Up the South Coast Interclub League
Round 4 of the South Coast Interclub League delivered a massive weekend of racing at the always‑popular Big Husky in Huskisson, with Elite Energy hosting what proved to be a pivotal round in the 2025–26 season.
While conditions forced the cancellation of the swim leg, there was absolutely nothing dampened about the racing spirit. Clubs turned out in force, determined to make the most of the revised format, and the result was one of the highest‑scoring rounds of the season. Big points were on offer and every club walked away with valuable contributions to their season totals.
The ladder standings after round 4 are as follows:
- Jervis Bay Dolphins – 481 points
- Illawarra Cannons – 345 points
- Kiama Coasters – 302 points
- Eurocoast Nomads – 279 points
The Jervis Bay Dolphins once again demonstrated their depth and consistency, topping the round with 130 points and extending their commanding lead at the top of the ladder.
Behind them, the battle for positions was tight. Illawarra Cannons held off strong challenges from both Eurocoast Nomads and Kiama Coasters, while all three clubs banked important points heading into the latter stages of the season.
