Rockets Roar at Trial Bay: North Coast League Ignites in Round 3
The North Coast Triathlon League delivered another outstanding round of racing as clubs converged on South West Rocks for Round 3 at the iconic Trial Bay Triathlon, hosted by NX Sports. With perfect coastal conditions, a supportive crowd, and a fast, scenic course, the event showcased everything that makes this league one of the most energetic sporting communities in NSW.
North Coast Triathlon League Ladder After Round 3
The Round 3 ladder shows Coffs Harbour Rockets tightening their grip on the top spot, while Yamba Stingrays remain the closest threat with consistent high scoring. Byron Breakers hold third however the fast‑rising Hat Head Hammerheads are closing the gap. Mid‑table, Grafton Bull Sharks and Ballina Seahorses remain steady, and the Port Macquarie Pelicans have rocketed back into contention after a huge Round 3 surge. At the bottom, Tweed Valley Volcanoes will be looking to rebound after a scoreless round. With double points coming in Round 4, major ladder shifts are imminent.
