Club History
Tweed Valley Triathletes has been a cornerstone of the Northern Rivers endurance sport community since 1991, providing opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities to enjoy triathlon in a welcoming and supportive environment. Based in Murwillumbah, the club is renowned for its weekly racing program and strong junior development pathway. Known as the Tweed Valley Volcanoes in the NSW Interclub Series, the club combines a rich history, strong volunteer culture and a commitment to promoting fun, fitness and participation throughout the Tweed region.
