LAPD started fantastically during Interclub 01 at the Hills Duathlon and Nepean Triathlon and finished well at the Wollongong Triathlon and Club Champs but went missing during the middle rounds of the season resulting in the Lightning finishing 8th in the Sydney South West Interclub Series.
The calendar for Interclub 02 starts with the same two events and finishes with the same two events as Interclub 01 did. This bodes well for the Lightning and should propel them into a promotion race.
If they can target a few races mid season, a title isn’t out of the question.
The yellow and purple of LAPD was missing at both Kurnell’s last season, addressing this could be the key to getting their hands on some silverware.
