Event Information
A sprint distance of 500m swim 23 km cycle and 6km run will be held at Trial Bay , South West Rocks on 10th Feb 2019.
We will be celebrating our 30th annual event with several competitors having raced all previous 29 races.
COURSE DETAILS
COASTLINE SWIM: 500 meters in bay, wet suits as per new Triathlon Australia ruling, per Race Referee. Caps compulsory as issued.
SWR BIKE & SKATE CYCLE: 23 km, 1 lap course. Race no. bibs must be worn in cycle and run on FRONT & BACK
ATHLETES FOOT RUN: 6km, road, cross country & beach.
