Brighton bounce to the top of STL1 after RWA

We might be in the midst of summer, but there’s no hibernation period for the Brighton Polar Bears!

After picking up a donut in the first round, the Bears have bounced back. The quite affair of Sydney Triathlon League 1 at the recent Richie Walker Aquathlon has seen the Bears jump to the top of the table after leaving Gunnamatta Park with 8.5 points.

Macarthur picked 2.5 points while the Panthers of Penrith were the only other club to make an impact on the scoreboard in round two.

For both the Sydney Triathlon League 1 and Sydney Triathlon Premier League, round three will see the competition spring to life at Big Husky where we expect all Clubs to feature in large numbers. Given the steady to start to League 1’s season, the door is still wide open for any of the 11 clubs to make this season their own.

Book the accommodation, pack the bags, and jump in the car – we’re bound for Huskisson and ready for some racing!
